Part 1: DMX Addresses

Floods preaddressed but should be on D.034 044, 54, 64, 74, 84 (if you have to readdress, hit ENTER to save)


Movers should be #1-4 with the following address: 94, 108, 122, 136

Part 2 : Power

 Facetime me so you know where to plug each thing in!! 

  1. DJ Gear, speakers,
  2. Subs
  3. Lights
  4. Hazer

Part 3: Setup REMEMBER TO SIGN AND TIMESTAMP EACH TIME WHEN DONE!

___ First, charge uplights. Case open and uplights OFF!

____  Drapes will be 60×64 (DJ side and opposite side are 5 panels… sides are 6 panels). 3 drapes per panel

____ Set up Wolfmix & lights. 4SO pars, movers, and gobos

___ You have two spare crank stands. We have lights outside.. you can use both or one crank stand with the hex32s in static mode. Ask the client what color they want. Default manual color should be a golden color that I used last time, if so, that’s a good one for outside IMO but check with client.

___ GOBOS can all go on the truss or you can use the 2nd crank stand (if you didn’t use it outside). 

Gobos shold go all around the room. Swirl, stars, swirl, stars, swirl

____ Set up lasers. Please watch the video on this! If the Lasers don’t say manual in the display, let me know!

___ Both lasers should be a couple of feet apart in the center of the truss

___ These are BEAMS. Make them as WIDE as possible. IDGAF about graphics

___ Haze on 638. Set an alarm for when hoco ends to run it at 608 for 10 minutes so it empties all fluid from the reservoir. Please txt me the word monty python so I know you read this. Do not forget to set the alarm!

___ Uplights on random shades of pink.. or ask client.

____ Set up CO2 Cannons

____ Set up Confetti, please watch video on this!!!

___ DO NOT SHOVE IT ALL AT THE SAME TIME. Pour in 1 bag and fluff confetti. As you turn on confetti, start pouring the bags in. 

__ At 6PM: Setup cocktail tables. Ask client for colors for uplights.

___ Rest of uplights around drape. Some lights may die, be ready to manually plug those in and PLEASE UPDATE ME WHICH ONES ARE BAD!

___ Set up traditional Booth

___ Speakers turn HPF ON!

____ Photos: Please get photos of the final product. I want to see everything: Gobos, video screen, pipe and drape, etc. 

Please note: I am NOT paying anyone to be on their Instagram or Snapchat. HOWEVER I’m OK if you post stuff on social media as long as the job is done *and* you take plenty of photos and videos of the setup.

____ TOUR VIDEO: Have Woody “host” a video talking about the setup. Introduce it as “hey I’m _____ with 4SO!” Then talk about everything you’ve set up. Say “visit 4SOProductions.com for more info. Thanks!” at the end! DO NOT MENTION LIGHTING NAMES. NO ONE CARES
