Part 1 : Power

Behind the front staircase on stage right there’s a dryer plug. Plug in the distro there. Each box in the distro is 2 circuits.

Part 2: Lights

Lights are already hooked up. Please watch the video on how to activate them and how the show is laid out on CompuShow 

Part 3: Setup REMEMBER TO SIGN AND TIMESTAMP EACH TIME WHEN DONE!
THIS IS IMPORTANT SO BRENDAN KNOWS WHAT HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE

____FIRST THING:Plug in the wireless uplights and charge them. There are two switches. BATTERY ON and LOAD OFF.

__ SECOND THING: Setup photobooth w/Printer. Watch videos. This is UNLIMITED so every person in each booth can get a copy of the prints.  Please note: You will still have the “old body” style Photobooths. But the concepts is the same. The printer gets plugged into the AIRCAST PRO that’s inside the photobooth.


___ Make sure lights are all set up and responsive, please. 

___ On each side of the stage, setup a stand with a T Bar and put ONE Dotz Matrix on each stand. 

___ On the stage, towads the wall, set up three panels of drape (I think one panel may be too little) and set up the shimmer gold drape. You may need 2-3 panels for each. A large pleat isn’t needed). We want it more spread out, if that makes sense.. FUN FACT: AMAZON has delayed one shipment until Saturday. Do this part last as I may need you to drive to my house to get it. (I live 10 mins away)

__ At the lobby, they’re going to set up a big clock structure. Set up 1 panel of drape w/3 black drapes behind it

___ Outside, set up the crank stand with the Hex32s… set them to a warm white color.  

___ Set up 4 Cold Sparks. Two in the front of the stage, and two in the back. King and Queen dance center of stage… so make this pretty! Please watch out for the balloon décor on stage and set these off during king and queen. AFTER that, You can use them during hype moments as long as no one is on stage (no one should be). Please text MY CELL the name of your turtle so I know you read this.

___ Uplights around room in Navy blue color. Put them between Windows and in lobby too! Put a couple uplights in white to light up the drape

___ Set up confetti. Watch video. When it’s time to do the blast, gold on one side, silver on the other.  (2 bags each Cannon)

___ Set up CO2

___ 1 hour prior: Set up cocktail tables. Deep blue color for the lights.

____ Photos: Please get photos of the final product. I want to see everything: Gobos, video screen, pipe and drape, etc. 

Please note: I am NOT paying anyone to be on their Instagram or Snapchat. HOWEVER I’m OK if you post stuff on social media as long as the job is done *and* you take plenty of photos and videos of the setup.

____ TOUR VIDEO: Have someone “host” a video talking about the setup. Introduce it as “hey I’m _____ with 4SO!” Then talk about everything you’ve set up. Say “visit 4SOProductions.com for more info. Thanks!” at the end! DO NOT MENTION LIGHTING NAMES. NO ONE CARES
