First… let’s set up drape!
Regarding twinkle drape. Please do ONE of the TWO options
If you’re against a wall with NO DOORS behind the DJ, set up 60’ of twinkle drape behind the DJ. Use the POLE COVERS to cover the cross beams then use the C Hooks. Remember to have someone hold up the drape as you hang it so the weight doesn’t tear the cables. 2 drapes for ONE box.
If there’s a service door behind you. Look at this on the site and not the spec sheet:
See the red? The one in the middle is 1 secion and the two on the sides are two sections. Allow an overlap. This is to allow the staff to walk through, but gives the illusion of one solid drape. There should be 6’ in the gap. One box per section.
___ SECOND: Watch the videos on setting up the photobooth and running it w/the printer. The school paid for only 2 prints per turn. So no reprints. Txt my cell phone what you want for Christmas so I know you read this.
___ Lights will go on TOTEMS. Once the top plate is installed, put a 10’ sock on each.
___3 Floods and two movers on each’ + a STARBALL on each
___ Hang both starballs. Do NOT DMX these. They turn on and run nonstop. Please note they get pointed angled out towards the crowd. Send me a photo so I know this was done right.
___ Speakers also go on totems. Put covers on those, too. Speakers need to have HPF selected at 100hz.
___ Set uplighting. Deep blue. UPLIGHTS WILL ALSO BE USED FOR TOTEMS!!
___ Fill up dry ice machine until it reaches the white line (stupid since its not translucent. I just use my hand and “knock” lol. Then I plug it into its own circuit an hour prior. Test it ahead of time. If light turns on, it’s got enough water and it’s turning on. Do this for King & Queen dance. Watch the video on how to! Txt me your favorite spongebob character to my cell so I know you read this whole spec sheet.
